Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum CRS score needed for Canada PR through Express Entry?
CRS cutoff varies per draw — typically 480-530 for Federal Skilled Worker draws and lower for category-based draws (healthcare, French, STEM, trades). We help you maximize your CRS score through job offers, provincial nominations, and other strategies.
How long does Canada PR processing take?
Canada Express Entry PR is processed in 6-12 months after submitting the application. Some PNP streams take 15-19 months total. We track your application and keep you updated at every stage.
Can I apply for Canada PR without a job offer?
Yes! Most candidates apply through Express Entry without a job offer. However, a valid Canadian job offer from an LMIA-approved employer adds 50-200 CRS points and significantly improves your score.
What is the difference between Express Entry and PNP?
Express Entry is the federal program with three streams: Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Federal Skilled Trades (FST). PNP (Provincial Nominee Programs) are run by individual provinces like Ontario (OINP), BC (BCPNP), Alberta (AAIP). A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points — virtually guaranteeing an ITA.
What is the PR processing fee for Canada?
Government processing fee is CAD 1,365 per adult + CAD 230 for open work permit. Biometrics fee is CAD 85. Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) of CAD 500 per adult is paid after ITA. Our professional service fee is separate and discussed transparently upfront.
Can my spouse and children come with me on PR?
Yes. Canada PR is a family application. Your spouse and dependent children (under 22) are included. Your spouse gets an open work permit and your children can study free in public schools. This is one of the biggest benefits of Canada PR.
Do you also help with Australia PR?
Yes, we provide Australia General Skilled Migration (GSM) services under subclass 189 (Points-tested), 190 (State Nominated), and 491 (Regional). Australia uses a points test similar to Canada. We calculate your score and recommend the best state nomination.
