This policy outlines the age requirements for accessing our immigration consultancy services and how we handle applications for minors in a safe, compliant, and responsible manner.

Last updated: April 2025

Important: You must be 18 or older to independently use our services. Services for applicants under 18 require parental or guardian involvement.

1. Overview

RM Voygentas Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing immigration and visa consultancy services in a responsible and compliant manner. This Age Policy outlines the terms under which individuals of various age groups may access our services.

This policy applies to all clients, prospective clients, and website visitors interacting with RM Voygentas Pvt. Ltd. through any channel, including our website, office, telephone, or digital platforms.

2. Minimum Age for Independent Services

To independently engage our consultancy services, sign agreements, and submit visa applications, you must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are considered minors under Indian law and cannot independently enter into legally binding contracts.

If you are under 18 years of age, all service agreements, consultancy engagements, and related documentation must be executed by a parent or legally appointed guardian on your behalf.

By using our services independently, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Services for Minors (Under 18)

We regularly assist with visa applications for minors, including student visas, dependent visas, and family immigration. All such applications are handled with the utmost care and in strict compliance with applicable immigration laws.

For visa applications involving minors, the following requirements apply:

  • All service agreements must be signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian
  • Written consent from both parents (or a court order granting sole custody to one parent) may be required depending on the destination country
  • The parent or guardian must attend all consultations related to the minor's application
  • All fees and payments must be made by the parent or legal guardian
  • The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the accuracy of information provided on the minor's behalf

5. Documentation Requirements for Minors

Visa applications for minors typically require a more comprehensive documentation set. While requirements vary by destination country, common documents include:

  • Original birth certificate of the minor
  • Valid passport of the minor (with sufficient validity)
  • Passport-sized photographs meeting embassy specifications
  • Consent letter(s) from parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
  • Proof of parental relationship (birth certificate, adoption papers, court order)
  • School enrollment or acceptance letters (for student visas)
  • Proof of financial support from the sponsoring parent or guardian
  • Medical certificates (if required by the destination country)

6. Age Verification

We reserve the right to verify the age of any client or applicant. Age verification may be requested at any point during our engagement, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in suspension or termination of services.

For online interactions, we rely on the information provided during registration and engagement. If we have reason to believe that a minor is independently accessing our services without parental consent, we will suspend the engagement and contact the account holder for verification.

Acceptable proof of age includes: valid passport, Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID card, or birth certificate.

7. Website Access by Minors

Our website is designed for general audiences, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor and supervise their children's online activities. If you believe your child has submitted personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
